Is Dimeri built for consultants?
Yes. You get one workspace per client, AI assistants do the legwork on each engagement, and you review and sign off every deliverable.
Will Dimeri replace me?
No. Your assistants draft, research and organise the work. You make the calls, edit the output and decide what goes to your client.
How does working by email work?
Each client gets its own email address. Email your assistant the work; drafts come back by email and are saved under “Your work”. Every email has links to your team, work and workspace.
Can I trace the AI's work back to the evidence?
Yes. Reports, registers and test findings link back to the evidence behind each point: the law or standard section they rely on and, when the work comes from a spreadsheet, the exact rows behind it. You can see what the assistant did and what you changed, then sign it off.
Is my client data used to train AI?
No. Your data is never used to train AI models.
Where is my data stored?
Your data is stored on Amazon Web Services (AWS) in Cape Town, South Africa, with encrypted backups in a second AWS region. Each client's work sits in its own workspace. See our Privacy Policy for the details.
Can I try it without real client data?
Yes. Try it first on old files or dummy data.
What does it cost?
The Free plan is free for as long as you like. Paid plans start at $29 a month, priced by client workspace with one user included. Add more users only if you need them.
What happens when an engagement ends?
Archive the client to free up the workspace. Archived work stays in your account. Download any document at any time, ask us for a full export, or delete a client: it's kept for 30 days in case you change your mind, then permanently erased.
