Ask your client for what you need, see what is still outstanding, and have every file they send back saved to their workspace.
Here is the kick-off email, written from the scope and open points.
Hi Thabo, our decisions on the three points are in the attached log. The policy and the registration are attached too.
I've read the 3 files. All three open points now have a decision.
Ask an assistant to draft a document request or a kick-off note. It writes it from the scope, the open points and the documents still needed, with optional A and B versions.
Copy the draft, open it in your mail app, or save it as a draft in your own Gmail or Outlook. You review it and send it yourself from your mailbox. Dimeri never sends email.
On Project and Program plans, Dimeri watches for the client's reply to the email you sent. The reply shows in the chat, each attachment is saved to the workspace's Documents, and you can see which requests are still outstanding.
The assistant already knows the scope and the open points, so the draft asks for the right things.
Switch between A and B versions of a draft, then copy it or attach a file from the chat's Documents.
The draft is saved in your own mailbox, so your client gets the email from you.
Dimeri only saves drafts. You review each one and send it from Gmail or Outlook.
Files your client sends back are saved to that client's workspace and marked In project.
Once a reply's files are in Documents, the assistants can read them and carry on with the work.
Create a free client workspace and ask an assistant to draft the request. Watching for replies comes with Project and Program.
